Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment or participating in any services offered by In House Ink Tattoo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All clients must be 18 years of ago or older and provide valid government-issued identification at the time of their appointment. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings; this amount will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance - failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will also forfeit deposits and may affect future bookings. All designs, including custom and flash, remain the intellectual property of In House Ink Tattoo and may not be replicated without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to health concerns, inappropriate behaviour, or failure to comply with policies. Event tattoo sessions may have additional terms which will be outlined at the time of booking. By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and release In House Ink Tattoo and its artists from any liability related to the tattoo procedure or aftercare.
